Sage HealthStyle {Beta Group} 30-Day Challenge

The Group will include the following over the next 30 days. 

  • Four Facebook Live events with live discussion Q&A (with a Guest Appearance from Chef Darin of Zaddie's)
  • Each week will focus on one of the 4 HealthStyle Pillars (Sleep, Movement, Self-Care & Real, Whole Foods)
  • Access to a private Facebook group for continued support throughout the course of the 30-days, as well as when the program ends
  • Accountability from 2 coaches as well as your peers within the group
  • Weekly meal plans & recipes that are easily customizable, easy to incoporate & affordable (included will be amazing meals & recipes that follow the Whole30 approach, customized by Chef Darin!!)
  • A list of items that are necessary to have in the kitchen, as well as what you should stock up on for a successful HealthStyle
  • Help on focusing on your specific health & wellness goals
  • Customized materials and tools (such as handouts, books, videos, etc) to help you accomplish your goals
  • An easy guide for you to incorporate the practices and lifestyle changes you'll learn over the course of the 30-days that are easy and sustainable to maintain once we part ways
